Creative Consultancy & Strategy

A shot of caffeine for your business.

One-on-one strategy sessions with Georgia van Zoelen. Bring the big idea, the stuck problem or the plan you’re not sure about. Leave with a sharp direction, a clear plan and, more often than not, a price to make it happen.

You’re too close to it. Everyone is.

You’ve got ideas, opinions coming at you from every direction and a team waiting on a decision. The campaign, the new range, the price rise, the rebrand you keep putting off.

What helps is someone who understands brand and margins looking at the whole thing, poking holes in it and telling you straight.

The Power Session: an hour with a brand strategist

Part strategy session, part reset, part verrrry honest sounding board. Every George Design project starts with strategy, and this is the fastest way in.

Use it to:

  • Plan a campaign, a launch or a new range

  • Pressure-test an idea before you spend money on it

  • Work out what kind of project you need (brand, website, campaign or the lot) and what it’ll cost

  • Get unstuck, reset your priorities and decide what to fix first

  • Borrow some seriously out-of-the-box thinking

You walk away with a written summary, a priority hit-list, creative ideas and next steps you can act on by Monday. If there’s a project in it for us, you’ll also get our recommendation and a price to execute it.

$980 + GST.

The Power Session Process

"It’s less ‘pick your brain,’ more ‘watch her dissect your entire business and rebuild it, better, sharper, and with extreme energy. G is caffeine for your biz’"

 — Gemma, Coveted

Six-Month Creative Consultancy

Georgia in your corner, for six months. For business owners who want a senior strategic thinker on call while they grow. Somewhere between a business coach, a creative director and the friend who’ll tell you your idea is brilliant, or that it isn’t.

Over six months, you get:

  • Two 45-minute sessions with Georgia every month. Structured time on whatever matters most: profitability, pricing, team structure, hiring, capacity, culture, leadership, systems, client mix, marketing, growth, or whatever’s keeping you awake at 2am.

  • Voice-note and message access between sessions. For the “Georgia, what would you do here?” moments that pop up once you start implementing things.

  • Three George Design days. Hands-on implementation days, used wherever they’ll make the biggest difference: a campaign, a pitch deck, a website fix, a workshop with your team.

Is Creative Consultancy right for you?

Hell yes, if you:

  • Want straight answers and can handle a reality check

  • Have more ideas than time, and need help sorting the brilliant from the distracting

  • Know your numbers and want creative that pays its way

  • Are done playing small in your category

Probably not, if you’re after someone to agree with you.

Meet Georgia. An ideas girl with a calculator.

Georgia grew up working in her family’s retail businesses and has spent more than a decade making good businesses look as good as they are. She’s the one in the room with the out-of-the-box idea, and the one who’s already worked out what it’ll cost and whether it’ll pay. Expect energy, direct answers and at least one idea you didn’t see coming.

Spinning in circles is expensive. Every month spent debating the rebrand, the campaign or the new range is a month of sales you didn’t make and a competitor who moved first. The other expensive mistake is the opposite: signing up to a big agency project without really knowing what you’re buying, why you need it or what it should cost. Both happen for the same reason. Nobody sat down and worked out what the business needs first.

That’s where Georgia lives. Full campaigns, brand merch, activations, launch events, the high-stakes brainstorm before a big decision. Bring her the brief, the problem or the half-formed idea, and she’ll turn it into a plan you can act on, with a clear picture of what it involves and what it’ll cost before you commit a dollar.

Every idea gets looked at from both sides: how it’ll feel to your customers and what it’ll do for your sales, margins and marketing. Big creative thinking, grounded in commercial sense.
